These slip resistant shoes for women come equipped with a removable, Walking On Air Footbed that utilizes aerodynamic air channels to guide the flow of air to the forefoot where the most perspiration occurs. The footbeds anatomical design and ergonomic shape offer standing support and reduce the strain on the lower back and knees. Additional shock absorption comes from the lightweight midsole while an embedded plastic shank provides structural rigidity and support during the gait cycle.
